Boaters in Florida who want to rent a boat or PWC, and were born in 1988 or later, must act. If they do not have a Boater Safety Card, also called a Lifetime Boating License, they must take the Boater Test. They must pass the test to get a Florida Temporary Boating Certificate. Your Temporary Certificate is valid for 90 days after completing the Boaters Test.

Each jet ski can safely carry up to two riders and is designed for stable performance, balance, and smooth handling even at higher speeds.

Our Policy

Identification & Paperwork

A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
All participants must complete and sign a Liability Waiver.
Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
Drivers must leave a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card with the staff for the duration of the rental.

Safety Policy

Absolutely no riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Riders wearing jeans will not be permitted on Jet Skis/WaveRunners.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Boating Safety License (Florida Law)

In accordance with Florida state regulations:
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must carry a valid Boating Safety Education Card. You may also carry a temporary online certificate. You must also carry a photo ID to operate a WaveRunner in Florida.
If you do not have a Boating Safety Card, you can take an online exam. You will then get a temporary certificate.
Valid for 90 days from the date of completion
Valid only within the State of Florida
If you have already completed the exam, please print or screenshot your certificate. Bring it with you before your reservation.
