Browsing
the Store
Our online store is split into different categories. Under most
categories is a list of item types. For example, the Adult Sizes
category inlcudes t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.
You
can select a category to browse from the main menu page or from
any page by using the navigation bar at the left of the screen.
If
for some reason you don't see the navigation bar, please reload
the page.
After
you've selected a category or item type, you'll be shown the
products you've selected to browse.
Selecting
an Item
After you've found an item you want to add to your shopping
cart, please select the quantity, color choices, and size of
your selection. Different sizes and colors of the same product
must be added individually. For example, if you are ordering
a medium navy tee and a red large tee, you will have to add
a medium navy tee to your shopping basket and then add the large
red tee separately.
Selecting
"Add This Item" will place your selection in your
shopping basket. You can delete it later if you want to. Your
shopping basket is temporary and will empty itself if left alone
for an hour. Your basket also empties if you quit your browser
and restart it. The Second Color Choice is an option that allows
us to ship your order if the first color is no longer available.
How
do I Pay for My Items?
When you're ready to pay foryour order, please select "check
out" from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
For
online orders we accept: 
Your
credit card data is secured by our Thawrte SSL secure server
license. We offer 128-bit Strong Encryption.
We
cannot currently accept checks or money orders for online transactions.
To
pay by check or money order, please download and print an order
form.
Searching
for an Item
You can search the online store by entering a keyword in the
search blank at the bottom of the screen.

search blank is in the middle of the navigation bar)
The
search engine searches product codes, names, and descriptions.
For
example, entering "cup" will bring up all theproducts
that contain that word or phrase.
Why
an Item Can't Be Found...
The most common reason an item is missing from the web site
is that it is no longer available. We update the web site frequently,
so an item that was online yesterday may not be available today.
This helps us reduce the chance of an item being backordered
or unavailable.
Additionally,
some of our seasonal products are only available for a limited
time and then they are removed from the site.

you are looking for a specific item that's not on the site,
please e-mail us or give us a call. We'll be glad to help!
Shipping
Options
Our normal shipping is Priority Mail. We also offer 2nd day
and overnight U.P.S. options. These options are made available
when you submit your order.
For
most international orders we use the post office. We can also
ship to A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes using the postal service.

International
Orders
It's our goal to try to accomodate many types of orders
online. However, since international shipping can vary, the
shipping and handling amount showon your invoice may be different
than the final billed amount.
Overnight
and 2nd Day Air options are not available for most international
orders. We usually must ship orders using the U.S. Post office.
Credit
Card Security
Credit Card data is encrypted via our secure server using up
to 128-bit Encryption.
Every
year we are issued a new security certificate by Thwarte. This
ensures that no 3rd party can intercept your credit card or
other information.
