You will receive an e-mail receipt confirming your order was successfully processed. A $2.50 handling charge is included with the shipping charge. Example: If your order shows $11.45 for shipping + handling, that means $8.95 is shipping and $2.50 is handling. We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the subtotal price of your order.
All orders that are in stock will generally ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirming when your order has shipped. We only use USPS ground to ship, so please order far enough in advance to ensure your purchase arrives at its destination in a timely manner. We only ship to addresses in the continental United States. Sorry, no international orders.

There is no shipping charge for gift card orders; only the handling charge applies ($2.50).
Any item purchased online (excluding gift cards) may be returned, unused, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased ONLINE from Frenchy’s Off the Hook. Items bought in our restaurants or at Frenchy’s Off the Hook store cannot be returned via FrenchysOnline.com, they must be physically returned to the location it was originally purchased.
