Frenchy’s Off the Hook doesn’t offer every product available online that is also sold in the store. We do change our product offering often, so continue to check back.
You will receive an e-mail receipt confirming your order, and itemizing products purchased and applicable taxes and fees. A $2.50 handling charge is added to each order placed. This is included with the shipping charge. Example: If your order shows $11.45 for shipping, that means $8.95 is shipping and $2.50 is handling. We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the subtotal price of your order:
All orders that are in stock will generally ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirming when your order has shipped. We only use USPS ground to ship. If you need rush delivery, please call our store directly at 727-446-1522 to place your order over the phone. We only ship to addresses in the United States. Sorry, no international orders.

There is no shipping charge for gift card orders; only the handling charge applies ($2.50) and is included in the price of each card. Example: The displayed purchase price of a $50 giftcard is $52.50. Your credit card will be charged $52.50 but the gift card’s value will be $50.
You must order gift cards SEPARATE from any other merchandise to avoid shipping charges. Example: If you want to purchase a $50 gift card, a t-shirt and a hat, you must complete two separate transactions – one for the gift card and one for the t-shirt and hat. If you add the gift card in with other items, the system will calculate shipping based on the dollar amount of the gift card and the price of the other items in your cart.
Any item purchased online (excluding gift cards) may be returned, unused, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased ONLINE from Frenchy’s Off the Hook. Items bought in our restaurants or at Frenchy’s Off the Hook store cannot be returned via FrenchysOnline.com, they must be physically returned to the location it was originally purchased.
