The success of all four Frenchy's Restaurants could not have been achieved without the freshest seafood available. In 1983 it was relalized that depending on others for fresh fish was not the way to go. That's when Frenchy bought his first boat.

Throughout the years this has developed into Frenchy's Seafood Company - a fleet of commercial fishing boats which guarantee only the freshest available Florida fish for his restaurants. You are welcome to come and purchase the freshest seafood in Pinellas County, or to just watch as the boats are unloaded and our experienced fish cutters go into action. We have grouper and snapper fillets, grouper cheeks, as well as daily specials, 7 days a week, 8 til noon.
